Pequena correcção: a ultima palavra é "ear" não "hear". E já agora aqui fica o resto da tradução (também de M. Hamburger, para mim o melhor tradutor inglês de Celan):

You vary the key, you vary the word
that is free to drift with the flakes.
What snowball will form round the word
depends on the wind that rebuffs you.
